GUAVAR

Updated 24 October 2026

Terms

The deal between you and Guavar, in plain words. By using Guavar, you agree to these.

01

What you get

Guavar reads your website, talks to your visitors when they seem unsure, and shows you what happened. You can start free.

02

What we ask of you

  • Only add Guavar to websites you own or are allowed to change.
  • Check what Guavar wrote about your business before you turn it on. You're responsible for what your website says.
  • Mention Guavar in your own privacy policy, and link to ours, because it runs on your website.
  • Don't use Guavar to mislead people, send spam, or break the law.
03

Plans and paying

Paid plans are billed monthly and cover a number of “helped visitors”: people Guavar fitted a page for, spoke to or answered. Visitors it leaves alone are free. You can cancel any time from your billing page and keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for. If you go over your plan, nothing switches off: Guavar keeps fitting your pages and helping anyone who asks, and only stops speaking up first until the next month or until you upgrade.

04

The Results Guarantee

  • On any paid plan, a small share of your visitors never sees Guavar. Those visitors are how we measure whether Guavar wins you more customers.
  • The guarantee covers each website from the day Guavar is live on it, once you've told Guavar which page people see after they sign up or buy.
  • If, after 60 days and with at least 50 visitors in each group, Guavar's visitors haven't become customers more often than the comparison group, your next two months on that plan are free. We credit them to your account; you don't need to ask.
  • Leaving those visitors out must stay switched on for the 60 days. If it's turned off, we can't measure, and the guarantee pauses.
05

No promises about results

We work hard to win back customers for you, and we measure it honestly, but we can't promise a particular number. Guavar is provided as it is.

06

Ending things

You can stop using Guavar and delete your websites whenever you like. We may pause an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

07

The limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

08

Changes and questions

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and tell you before it matters. Questions? Write to us on our contact page.
